The date for WDSD being the 21st day of the 3rd month, was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy ) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome. Let's support our students with Down Syndrome! What is World Down Syndrome Day? World Down Syndrome Day is a global awareness day which has been officially observed by the United Nations since 2012. Students and Staff, Tuesday, March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day. It was an exciting end to the season and the coaches areso proud of all of the hard work that was put into the games by all of the girls. The 7th grade gold team wrapped up the season last week with a game against Valleywood Middle School. You will not want to miss this! Cityside students have over 200 pieces on display!
